What Biker Patches are For
by admin on Jun.16, 2013, under Society
Biker patches are basically just that – cloth patches, which are made to be attached to a biker’s vest or jacket. This vest or jacket can be made of either leather or denim, whichever the wearer would deem more fashionable.
Biker patches are, of course, for bikers – but if a non-biker would want to wear them on their own jackets, beware, for biker patches just might be associated to a specific biker’s club who just might sue them for this.
Taking a Closer Look at “Outlaw” Biker Patches
According to the American Motorcycle Association, 99 percent of all bikers in the States are law abiding citizens. So, what about the remaining one percent? Basically, these are the bikers who consider themselves as “outlaws,” and are, therefore, the prime proponents of biker clubs and biker patches. This is also primarily the reason why many of their patches are basically called 1 percenter patches – in reference to their being outlaws.
Yet another classification of outlaw biker patches, zeroed in by the AMA, is called the three piece biker patch, which basically means that they are generally not a recognized club by the AMA.
The Most Notorious 1%er Biker Clubs
Ditto if a biker’s got a patch of Hell’s Angels, Mongols California, or Pagans MC on the back of his jacket. Chances are, they belong to the most notorious outlaw biker clubs right now. These clubs are known for engaging in violent riots and have a long winded history of notoriety in the places where they frequent.
What a 125cc Scooter Can Do
by admin on Mar.25, 2013, under Cars and Vehicles
The 125cc scooter is basically for those people who tend to be very big when it comes to issues concerning the environment. Why is that so? Well, basically, it is because most 125cc scooters are basically made to consume less gasoline if it were the kind that’s meant to have gasoline as fuel, or electricity if it so happens that the kind of 125cc scooter that was bought mainly subsists on a charged battery. 125cc scooters are meant to travel fairly standard distances as well, so that is one of a kind when it comes to the scooter. On top of that, most 125cc scooters can be used without securing any permit from the government at all.
Tips When Buying a 125cc Scooter
When purchasing a 125cc scooter, one can have it either of two ways: bought brand new or second hand. The preloved 125cc scooter need not to be of a more substandard quality than the brand new 125cc scooter models, but it would be really helpful if the buyer could test and do quality checks of the scooter first before he hands over the payment. Check also if the locality in which the 125cc scooter will be driven on actually allows 125cc scooters to roam their streets. As a general rule, 125cc scooters are generally allowed only in neighborhood streets and not on major thoroughfares.
