Finding a list of proxy sites is easy enough. Just use your favorite search engine and you’re good to go. But the key is finding a list that actually works. Since proxies circumvent protocols, it’s only natural for a website that catches proxies circumventing its restrictions to ban those particular proxies, thereby making said proxies useless for that particular site. The only use of proxies that also can’t access what you can’t access is providing anonymity—if they still can.

So it’s crucial that you find a list of proxy sites that promote updated and working proxies. Also, if you require other functions that what most proxies offer, then you’ll have to further refine your search and diligently look for the one you need.
